We only offer replacement or refund if the product is found with a manufacturer faulty. Please report to us immediately by email with a photo or video showing the faulty part. The product needs to be returned to us for verification in order to process the replacement or refund. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charge of the product.
We accept pre-order if the product you love is out of stock. Please email us with product name, code and quantity that you would like. We will advise you the estimate date of the stock arrival. If you decide to place the pre-order, we will need to take full advance payment to proceed.
